A mother of two and a Family Nurse Practitioner, Audrey founded Check Your Wellness with a focus on each person's individual needs.
Her experience spans three U.S. medical centers. Her interest in prevention comes back to a simple idea: quality of life matters.
Outside her clinical work, Audrey trained for the Disney Marathon. She brings that same interest in living well to her wellness consultations.
